We use factory diagnostic software which gives us the same access to trouble codes, test modules and programming functions as the dealership. Whether a no start, fuel system contamination, cylinder misfire, DPF and emissions system failure, transmission issue or electrical gremlin we have the resources to accurately diagnose the problem.

The Powerstroke, Cummins and Duramax engines are complex. They require special tooling, software and knowledge and are not something for a "do it all repair shop". Whether it be an oil leak, cylinder misfire, boost leak or a catastrophic engine failure we have the expertise to diagnose and repair it right the first time.

Maintenance, maintenance, maintenance. We cannot over state the importance of routine maintenance. Fuel filters, crankcase filters, oil changes, differential fluid, transmission and transfer case fluid should all be regularly serviced to ensure the longevity of your truck and prevent the premature failure of expensive critical components. We use only the best filters and fluids approved by Ford, Ram and GM.

The fuel systems on the Powerstroke, Cummins and Duramax engines are highly sophisticated and operate under extremely tight tolerances. When contaminated with water, gasoline or DEF fluid there is a likelihood of a catastrophic failure of the entire fuel system which can lead to an extremely expensive repair bill. Having a fuel system issue though does not automatically mean you need a complete fuel system replacement. Without the proper diagnostic tools and experience many repair shops will just automatically replace the entire fuel system when it isn't necessary.

The transmission behind your Powerstroke, Cummins or Duramax diesel engine is robust and complex. When problems arise, it doesn't always mean your transmission needs to be replaced.
